I'm a private practitioner who works with adults, both in individual therapy and group therapy in Annandale, Virginia. I come from psychoanalytic and psychodynamic perspectives, with 21 years of experience being a therapist. Individual Therapy: I work with people to bring about greater self understanding and self acceptance, personal integration of a solid sense of self, and ultimately, more contentment in one's life. Group Psychotherapy:  Group therapy is very helpful in helping people actually see and experience and thus understand how early relationships get reenacted in the present.
